Job Description:
As a General Manager (GM) or Vice President (VP) at a power plant, you would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including strategic planning, daily operations, maintenance, safety, and compliance, while ensuring optimal performance and profitability.

- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the power plant, aligning with company goals and industry trends.
- Set and achieve operational and financial targets for the plant.
- Monitor and analyze plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Direct and oversee all aspects of power plant operations, including generation, transmission, and distribution.
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the plant, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.

Maintenance and Reliability:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of plant equipment.
- Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including planned outages and emergency repairs.
- Manage the plant's inventory of spare parts and supplies.

- Ensure that the power plant operates in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards.

- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
