VRM Profile Summary
Role Objective: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through virtual channels
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure high engagement.
Drive sales of products/services through outbound calls and digital interactions.
Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs.
Achieve revenue targets and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in outbound sales or relationship management.
Ability to work with CRM tools and digital platforms.
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in AMC or Mutual Fund industry. NISM -VA certification is mandatory.
