Designation – Marketing Support

Experience - 1 – 2  years of relevant experience preferred

Salary Range – Best in industry

Qualification - Graduation/Business Management

Department – Marketing

Work days – Monday to Friday

Work timing – 9am to 6pm

Location – Mumbai BKC

*Note- This role will be on Third Party Payroll (Talisman HR)

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

This job is designed to efficiently support marketing activities including documentation for all activities done for/at HCP to engage physicians in a compliant manner. Follow all policies & procedures as per i-comply to abide with this & align with relevant internal stakeholders

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         

Raise ARFs for team ADC & close loop by getting PO generated

·         

Coordinating with internal team Pre, during & post event for all documents & seamless execution. Coordinating with CFS, OEC, IT, ARF Team, Vendor Master Team, Purchase Team, Agencies, Event Organizers, etc.

·         

DPS & vendor registration/extension/amendment

·         

Processing documents for Event Marketing as per defined processes – HCPs (DPT, Conferences, Digital Product Training Program, Nurse Education Programs, Diabetes Educator’s Programs, Case Studies, Libre Experience Programs, Webinars, Advisory boards, Hosted CMEs, Sponsorship Events)

·         

Processing Payments for 3rd Party (Agencies) & HCPs & vendor onboarding

·         

Marketing event, PSA tracker. Marketing initatives tracker for DPT, NEP, Group Starts, Experience programs and other initiatives

KPIs

·         

Timely initiation of ARF process and approval, Final confirmation of participation in any event a week prior to the event

·         

Execute/renew all documents & trackers and timely follow up on the trackers

·         

Pro-active follow-up, closure & documentation in place in a compliant manner for any event as mentioned in above task

·         

Manage day-to-day general admin & operation issues
