Job Description:
  • Designation – Head HR 
  • Qualification – Master’s degree in HR / MBA in HR 
  • Gender (Male / Female / Trans) – Male
  • Work Timings – 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.m.
  • Working Days – Monday to Friday
  • Weekly Off - Saturday and Sunday
  • Salary - Best in the market plus benefits
  • Work Location – Fort near to Jimmy Boy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Interact with Associates on HR related matters
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
    • Lead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
    • Plan workforce needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Performance Management
    • Drive a results-oriented performance management system.
  • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Promote a strong organizational culture based on values and collaboration.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Oversee payroll, policies, HRMIS systems, and compliance with labor laws.
    • Ensure smooth HR operations and audit readiness.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Develop competitive compensation strategies.
    • Manage benefit programs, appraisals, and salary revisions.
  • Change Management
    • Support change initiatives including restructuring, growth, and technology adoption.
    • Drive communication plans and employee alignment during transitions.
    • Manage benefit programs, appraisals, and salary revisions.
  • Financial Knowledge
    • Work closely with the Head of Accounts and Finance to monitor each team’s performance (revenue earned vs expenses to fall within AHC set benchmarks)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in HR / MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
  • 16 plus years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (leading a team).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and modern HR tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
