Job Description:
- Designation – Head HR
- Qualification – Master’s degree in HR / MBA in HR
- Gender (Male / Female / Trans) – Male
- Work Timings – 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.m.
- Working Days – Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off - Saturday and Sunday
- Salary - Best in the market plus benefits
- Work Location – Fort near to Jimmy Boy
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Interact with Associates on HR related matters
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Plan workforce needs in coordination with department heads.
- Performance Management
- Drive a results-oriented performance management system.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Promote a strong organizational culture based on values and collaboration.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, policies, HRMIS systems, and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and audit readiness.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation strategies.
- Manage benefit programs, appraisals, and salary revisions.
- Change Management
- Support change initiatives including restructuring, growth, and technology adoption.
- Drive communication plans and employee alignment during transitions.
- Manage benefit programs, appraisals, and salary revisions.
- Financial Knowledge
- Work closely with the Head of Accounts and Finance to monitor each team’s performance (revenue earned vs expenses to fall within AHC set benchmarks)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in HR / MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
- 16 plus years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (leading a team).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and modern HR tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
