Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and acquire new customers (corporate and retail) for car leasing.

Build a pipeline of leads through direct visits, references, dealer tie-ups, and digital leads.

Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and referrals.
-
Serve as the single point of contact for all client requirements related to leasing.

Sales Execution:
-
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
-
Coordinate with internal teams for credit appraisal, documentation, vehicle procurement, and delivery.

Negotiate and close deals in line with company pricing and credit policies.

Channel Management:

Liaise with auto dealers, vehicle aggregators, and OEMs for sourcing and servicing.

Educate channel partners on leasing offerings and support them in deal closure.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to product and credit teams for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
-
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business/Finance/Marketing.

2+ years in auto leasing, vehicle finance, or related domains (preferably in NBFCs or banks).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of leasing products, taxation benefits, and operating lease structures.
