Lead Management Executive
Job Description:
Lead Handling & Qualification
Manage incoming leads from various sources (website, social media, email, and campaigns).
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead details.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Identify potential leads through online research and databases.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to nurture leads.
Follow up on warm leads to schedule meetings and demos.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Prepare weekly & monthly lead reports to track progress and success rates.
Assist in optimizing lead generation strategies based on data insights.
Customer Engagement
Respond promptly to lead inquiries and provide initial product or service information.
Handle basic objections and questions before escalating to sales executives.
