Job Summary: Maintaining the Applications that support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other connected systems because it handles real-time data and integrates with various systems like SAP, SMC and Daifuku the Support Engineers responsibilities are crucial for maintaining system reliability, data integrity, and performance. Communicate with Customer on the on-going issues and close the points within SLA.

Roles/Responsibilities

• First line support (L1-Analysis), incident acceptance and acknowledgment from plant shift coordinators (SPOC).
• Perform servers’ health checkup, System Monitoring, Regular maintenance activity execution.
• Incident first level analysis, tracking issues and providing resolutions within SLA.
• Maintaining issue trackers and provide proper handover to next shift person.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing Industry Experience.
• Siemens MES OpsCenter Semiconductor/ Process Experience. (Preferred)
• Any MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Application Experience 
• SQL query writing skills and Database Handling.
• Customer Handling, able to work in rotational shift.
• Good Communication Skills( Hindi, English,Tamil(Optional)
• Should be able to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
• Preference - Male candidates Only.
• Job/Work Location: Shall be deputed at Chennai , Kannanthangal Village Mathuramangalam, Post, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu 602108

Key Skills Required: MES, SQL query, Network & Server knowledge

Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in L1 Support in Industrial Applications with strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL. 

Education: Graduation in  BE, BCA, MCA with Microsoft SQL / network / Server certification

Working Environment: 6 days working, 24x7 rotational shifts, (Night allowance for night shift).
