We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our D2C brand’s presence on Amazon, Flipkart & more. If you have 2–3 years of hands-on marketplace experience, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize our D2C brand's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product offerings, improve customer experience, and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce ops

Strong knowledge of platforms, SEO & digital marketing
