Job Description:

Identifying and Sourcing Candidates:Using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and databases, to find potential candidates who meet the required qualifications.

Screening and Shortlisting:Reviewing applications and resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.

Conducting Interviews:Engaging in interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Coordinating with Hiring Managers:Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.

Ensuring Compliance:Adhering to legal requirements and company policies during the recruitment process.

Managing the Recruitment Process:Tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Developing and Maintaining Recruitment Policies:Contributing to the development and maintenance of recruitment policies and procedures to ensure fairness and transparency.

Providing Feedback and Support:Offering feedback to candidates, providing support to hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding new employees.

Ingots is 56000 MT and TMT bar is 72000 MT Per annual. And in Unit II Company having one Induction furnace of 10 MT Capacity Manufacturing of M.S. Ingots as Per BIS Norms. Yearly Production Capacity Unit II us 28000 MT Per annum. Company having well furnished Office, Stores and Modern Equipments in Laboratory for testing of Chemical Composition and Physical Strength of Raw and Finished Materials. Company having more than 700 Direct and Indirect Workers.
