- Working Days – MONDAY TO SATURDAY
- Work Location – LOWER PAREL WEST

- Other Details– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

Role Overview:
As an Operations Executive , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations including order processing, logistics, inventory coordination, vendor management, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that merges luxury with logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Order & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end order processing from placement to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of products in and out using inventory management systems.
Logistics & Vendor Coordination:
- Work with logistics partners to schedule dispatches and track deliveries.
- Ensure timely, damage-free, and professional delivery and installation of products.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely procurement and support.
Client Support & After-Sales:
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules, product information, and service updates.
- Handle post-sales service requests, coordinate repairs or replacements, and ensure client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain operational documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and service logs.
- Prepare regular operational reports for internal review and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or backend coordination (experience in a design/luxury product industry is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- A proactive and client-focused mind-set.
