🚀 We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – West & South India
📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Week Offs: Sunday fixed + 1 rotational off between Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
💰 Salary: Best in the industry
Are you a retail operations expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and drive retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce performance across the West and South regions.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage daily operations of retail & dark stores
🔹 Streamline inventory planning and stock movement
🔹 Lead and train city/store managers and teams
🔹 Enhance customer experience across all sales channels
🔹 Develop strategies for quick commerce & corporate sales
🔹 Track KPIs, conduct audits, and manage budgets
🔹 Coordinate vendor relationships and new store projects
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-location teams
✔️ Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
✔️ Background in hospitality or gourmet retail preferred
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of inventory, logistics & customer service
✔️ Passionate about premium food & beverage retail
