We have an opening for the post of Executive- Technical Support   for a Leading IT company for their Pune Office.

Education: -Graduate

Gender: Male


 Job Profile:

  • Need to Handle Customer Query on Call.
  • Giving Technical Support over phone.
  • Giving on line Training regarding the app to the school authority.
  • Handle post sales query on phone regarding the app.
  • Need to visit schools for giving training if sometime required(not on daily basis)
  • Good personality and Communication skills 
  • Ready to do field.
  • Bike,  Smart phone and laptop is must.
  • Should be initiator and problem solving 
  • Ready to work in team 
  • Identify customer all technical problem and will visit in client location and resolve their problem. 
  • Must be having the stage presenc.

Note: Complete Training regarding the Product (Mobile Application) will be provided.

 

Candidate Profile:-

  • Smart
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi
  • Idea about Smart phone and Mobile Apps.
  • E. ( Computer/ CS / IT) or BCA
  • Fresher or 6 months experience candidate will be preferable
