Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To drive new customer acquisition through sourcing salary accounts from corporates. The role involves engaging with HR/Finance decision-makers, pitching IDFC FIRST Bank’s salary proposition, and onboarding employees under the salary account program.
Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Acquisition:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for salary account relationships.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to corporate HR and finance heads.

Drive tie-ups with new companies in the assigned geography.

Employee Onboarding:

Organize and execute salary account opening camps at client premises.

Ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for employees.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate accounts.

Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a point of contact for escalations.

Cross-sell & Revenue Generation:

Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, personal loans, insurance, and investment services.
