  • Designation – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
  • Qualification – BCOM
  • Work Timings – 10.30 AM TO 7 PM
  • Working Days – MONDAY TO SATURDAY
  • Work Location –  LOWER PAREL WEST
  • Experience – 2+ Years
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in luxury products, interiors, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for aesthetics, architecture, and high-end living.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales in the luxury interiors segment. This role blends consultative selling with brand storytelling, making it ideal for someone with an eye for design, a flair for communication, and a hunger to grow with a premium lifestyle brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments including interior designers, architects, developers, and luxury retailers.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and actively convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the luxury and design community.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience pre- and post-sale.

Market Development:

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, design exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Explore new channels and partnerships that align with the brand’s ethos.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
  • Maintain CRM data and generate periodic sales reports and forecasts.
