Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager  to drive the sales of our luxury European loose furniture brands in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, a strong network of direct clients and architects, and a passion for high-end furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Mumbai region.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and architects. Understand their needs and provide tailored furniture solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury furniture brands and their unique selling points. Communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury furniture or related industry.
  • Strong network of direct clients and architects in the Mumbai region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for high-end furniture and interior design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
