Campaign Manager- AG
The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in handling Outbound b2b Sales / AG Team
Responsible for Monthly attend goals
Lead Client Communication
Productivity, Attrition, Shrinkage Management.
Coordination with inter-dept. managers for projects or campaigns
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with highest efficiency and quality.
Improve team productivity by coaching, mentoring and training.
Initiating Calibrations between Quality Team Operation Team & Account
Meet monthly KPIs for self and for team.
Create, maintain and publish productivity and related reports.
Experience of preparing incentivization reports and motivating a Pre sales(AG) focused team
Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, holidays and festivals as per business requirement
Make appropriate recommendations and adjustments to leverage resources, skill changes, post Overtime, or escalate as required
Ability to gauge the calibre of agents and train them accordingly
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Relevant product/process knowledge
Target oriented and smart with back track calculations
Experience: 4 to 9 years’ Experience of preparing incentivization reports and motivating a Pre sales(AG) focused team
Education: Graduate/PG
Salary: 9 T0 11 LPA
Office Time : US Shift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am) 5 days working
