Job Description:
Looking for a training specialist to design and deliver training programs for contact center teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new and existing agents on systems, call handling, and processes
- Coach on customer service, issue resolution, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Identify skill gaps and provide regular feedback through coaching and audits.
- Track training effectiveness using key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to align training with business goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and training tools.
- Experience in NBFC/BFSI preferred.
Other details-
- Work Timings : 09:30 to 06:30
- Work Days – 5 days (Monday to Friday) & Alternate Saturday's
- Communication Level- Good English (Spoken/Written)
- The candidate should have experience working in NBFC/BFSI/Financial contact center. If they're from other industry, they must still understand how the finance industry works.
- The base work location is Kurla, but the candidate will need to travel to Chandivali and Rabale 2 times during the week
- The Chandivali office handles both inbound and outbound center, while Rabale handles outbound center.
