Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Mobile Accessories
Reports to: Sales Manager/Director - Mobile Accessories

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling our mobile accessories to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in mobile accessories, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
2. Product Promotion: Promote and sell our mobile accessories to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.
3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies and product development.
5. In-Store Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in mobile accessories, preferably in a B2B environment.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest mobile devices, accessories, and trends.
2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of mobile accessory products, including cases, chargers and other related products.
