Job Description – Sales Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in industrial or machinery sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calls, networking, and client visits.

• Follow up with existing customers to secure repeat orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct on-site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.

• Understand and identify current and future customer needs to offer tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (technical/design/production) to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong technical understanding of food processing machinery or related industrial products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel locally for client visits.
