Job Description:

An HR MIS Executive job involves managing and analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports. They work with HRIS systems, Advanced excel, Macros, Power Query/BI and other tools to track metrics, identify trends, and support HR operations, TA team and planning. 

Job Description

Ø  Maintain and update HR databases (employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll, etc.).
Ø  Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for HR management and other departments.
Ø  Prepare dashboards and summaries for headcount, attrition, recruitment, training, etc.
Ø  Ensure timely and accurate reporting of statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Ø  Analyze HR data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
Ø  Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.
Ø  Automate reporting processes using Excel macros, Power Query, or Power BI.
Ø  Ensure data privacy and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Ø  Support audits and compliance checks by providing required data and reports.

Requirements

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Statistics, or HR).
Ø  2–3 years of experience in HR MIS or data management roles.
Ø  Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
Ø  Knowledge of HRMS tools (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Ø  Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.
Ø  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø  Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
Ø  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Ø  Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ø  Experience working in HR departments in mid- to large-size companies.
Ø  Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance requirements in India.
