Job Description:
We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Renewal Executive to manage and drive RapNet account renewals. This role involves engaging with clients whose memberships are about to expire, understanding their concerns, highlighting the value of RapNet, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients with upcoming or overdue renewals via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client hesitation and objections, and provide tailored solutions to encourage renewal.
- Clearly explain the benefits of continuing with RapNet, including new features, updates and packages.
- Coordinate with billing and support teams to ensure smooth processing of renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
- Meet monthly renewal and retention targets.
- Collect feedback from non-renewing clients and share insights with the success and product teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or renewals retention (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi [Gujrati, preferred].
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in the diamond or jewelry industry.
- Background in subscription-based platforms or membership renewals.
