Job Description:

Job Title: Business Development / Sr. Executive – Sales (OTPI)

Locations: Ahmedabad / Delhi / Pune
Experience: 5–7 Years (Capital Equipment / Machinery Sales)
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical (MBA Preferred)
CTC: ₹7 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Sales Engineers / BD Executives for our OTPI (One-Time Project Installations) vertical. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in capital equipment sales to non-plastic industry clients such as Chemical, Pharma, and Food sectors. HVAC sales experience will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in the assigned territory through new client acquisition and retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEMs

  • Identify customer needs, convert opportunities into business, and ensure order realization

  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and effective after-sales support

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Ensure remote client engagement, reporting, and business development using virtual platforms
