Job Title: Business Development / Sr. Executive – Sales (OTPI)
Locations: Ahmedabad / Delhi / Pune
Experience: 5–7 Years (Capital Equipment / Machinery Sales)
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical (MBA Preferred)
CTC: ₹7 LPA
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Sales Engineers / BD Executives for our OTPI (One-Time Project Installations) vertical. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in capital equipment sales to non-plastic industry clients such as Chemical, Pharma, and Food sectors. HVAC sales experience will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive business growth in the assigned territory through new client acquisition and retention

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEMs

Identify customer needs, convert opportunities into business, and ensure order realization

Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and effective after-sales support

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Ensure remote client engagement, reporting, and business development using virtual platforms
