Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager (RM) for Commercial Vehicle and Equipment Loans is responsible for driving the business for loans related to commercial vehicles and equipment financing. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring the smooth and effective execution of loan processes. The RM is expected to create value for customers by providing tailored financial solutions and enhancing loan product offerings in the commercial space.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Generate leads and acquire new clients for commercial vehicle and equipment loan products.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and service support.

Product Knowledge & Advisory: Provide guidance to clients on the best loan options and financial products for their commercial vehicle or equipment needs.

Loan Processing: Assist clients in the loan application process, document submission, and completion of necessary formalities.

Cross-selling & Upselling: Promote additional services and financial products that align with client needs.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the financial landscape to offer competitive and relevant solutions.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan disbursements and customer acquisition.

Risk Management: Monitor the performance of existing loans, identifying potential risks and mitigating them accordingly.

Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring that their concerns and queries are resolved promptly.

Compliance: Ensure all loan processes comply with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in commercial lending or vehicle/equipment financing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

In-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, including commercial vehicle loans and equipment financing.

Ability to assess risk and make sound financial decisions.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with loan processing systems and software.

Ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients.
