Job Description:

Position: Executive – Sales & Service
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad/ Ahmedabad
CTC: 5 to ₹6 LPA
Qualification: BE – Electrical / Electronics / ECE
Experience: 4 to 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales inquiries to expand customer base.

  • Achieve assigned annual sales targets through direct and solution-based selling.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.

  • Provide after-sales service support, including troubleshooting and coordination with the service team.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and technical support.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.

  • Travel extensively as required to meet clients and support business growth.

Key Skills Required:

  • Solid knowledge of basic electronics and electrical systems.

  • Proven experience in B2B industrial product sales or service.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
