Job Description:

Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Pune
CTC: 7 to ₹8 LPA
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualification: Graduate in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive sales of automation solutions and textile machinery across India.

Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.

Coordinate with regional sales teams to achieve nationwide sales targets.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals to clients.

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Provide timely feedback to internal teams regarding market trends and customer needs.

Travel as required for client meetings, demos, and installations.

Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of automation systems and textile machinery.

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products to customers.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong team coordination skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
