Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, turnkey, subcontracting, vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs

• Advise internal teams on legal risk mitigation during project execution

• Handle legal notices, arbitration, and dispute resolution

• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor, contract, environmental, and safety laws

• Maintain a central repository for contracts and track key deliverables

• Support due diligence and tender/bidding processes

• Liaise with statutory and government bodies as required

Candidate Profile:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized institution

• 12–15 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 4–5 years in the construction or infrastructure domain

• Strong command of FIDIC, CPWD, and State PWD contract formats

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional legal matters

• Immediate joiners (within 30 days) preferred
