Legal Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, turnkey, subcontracting, vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
-
Advise internal teams on legal risk mitigation during project execution

Handle legal notices, arbitration, and dispute resolution
-
Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters
-
Ensure compliance with applicable labor, contract, environmental, and safety laws
-
Maintain a central repository for contracts and track key deliverables
-
Support due diligence and tender/bidding processes

Liaise with statutory and government bodies as required
Candidate Profile:
-
LLB / LLM from a recognized institution
-
12–15 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 4–5 years in the construction or infrastructure domain
-
Strong command of FIDIC, CPWD, and State PWD contract formats
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional legal matters
-
Immediate joiners (within 30 days) preferred
