Sales Manager / Sales Director
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within SaaS, IT, and other B2B sectors
Design and execute multi-channel outbound sales strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Qualify prospects and deliver tailored pitches for our demand generation services
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends
Requirements
Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level clients
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Strong knowledge of outbound marketing, ABM, and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable to a high-performance sales culture
Education: Any Graduate (Postgraduate)
Experience: 4–8+ years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably within a lead generation or digital agency environment)
Salary: 10 To 14 LPA
Office Time: US Shift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am) 5 days working
Location: Kharadi, Pune
