Relationship Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance client retention and growth.
Acquire new clients through referrals, cold calling and marketing initiatives.
Advise clients on investment options such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, margin trade funding and Loan against Shares based on their risk profile.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC updates and other documentation.
Stay updated with market trends, stock movements and investment strategies to provide accurate advice.
Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and service related issues.
Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, revenue generation and cross-selling financial products.
Coordinate with internal teams for trade execution, back-office processing and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for financial markets and client servicing.
