Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard new customers for unsecured Personal and Business Loans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Understand customer financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.

• Collaborate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for timely loan processing.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in promotional and field marketing activities to generate leads.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and acquisition targets.

• Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure a seamless post-disbursal experience.

• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.

• Basic understanding of financial products, preferably unsecured loans.

• Willingness to work in field sales and handle on-ground client acquisition.

• Proficiency in regional/local language(s) will be an added advantage.
