Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Pre-School Property Acquisition Manager to lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of real estate properties aligned with our strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, market analysis, and negotiation, with a keen eye for identifying high-potential investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and site visits.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments for prospective acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Growth, Project & Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets at key locations and regularly report on progress and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, landowners, and local authorities.
- Monitor zoning regulations, land use policies, and other legal considerations affecting property acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or investment.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and legal frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial& residential property acquisitions.
- Strong network within the real estate industry.
