Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – CASA
Department: Retail Liabilities

Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager – CASA
Role Purpose
To acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA), drive branch customer acquisition targets, ensure quality sourcing and compliance, and contribute to the overall business growth of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Business Development
-
Source new CASA customers through field visits, references, leads, open market activities, and corporate tie-ups.

Drive business growth by cross-selling bank products such as FD, RD, Insurance, and Loans.

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new customers ensuring KYC compliance.
2. Portfolio Management
-
Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and manage retention and activation of acquired customers.

Focus on building long-term relationships and deepening wallet share.
3. Revenue Generation
-
Meet/exceed assigned sales targets for CASA & cross-sell products.

Generate leads for other retail assets and third-party products.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence
-
Follow internal processes and guidelines for account opening and customer servicing.

Ensure adherence to all audit and compliance requirements.
5. Market Intelligence
-
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.

Identify new markets and customer segments.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (mandatory); MBA preferred.

Experience:

Assistant Manager: 1–2 years in CASA sales or field sales.

Deputy Manager: 2–4 years in banking sales, preferably CASA acquisition.

Number of new CASA accounts opened.
