Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to manage and grow our distributor network and expand product sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of the industry and products, and strong leadership qualities.
You will be expected to meet both short-term and long-term sales goals, work closely with other internal departments, and build meaningful relationships with distributors and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets for new business development

Train and develop distributor network

Explore and identify new market opportunities

Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors and end customers

Create and implement sales strategies and action plans

Collect market data to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive business success
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-
Age: Ideally in the 20s to early 30s
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
-
Ability to travel frequently for business
-
Immediate joiners preferred (availability after Diwali at the latest)
Salary & Benefits:
-
Monthly CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 (based on current salary, experience, and skillset)

Annual CTC: ₹5,50,000
-
Diwali Bonus: Equivalent to one month’s salary (eligible post 6-month probation)

Performance Bonus: Annual bonus based on individual and company performance

Allowances: Includes HRA, transportation, and other allowances as per company policy

Medical Insurance: Group coverage as per company policy

Gratuity: As per law, eligible after 5 years of continuous service
Working Hours & Days:

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM)

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays (as per company calendar, approx. 10 days/year)
