Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Managers to strengthen our presence in the private sector. You will work alongside a growing team, currently led by Rajesh, who is spearheading private client sales. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through field sales of IT hardware and cloud-based solutions, acting as a strategic account manager to our existing and potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, and cloud software.

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with private sector enterprises.

  • Identify client IT needs and offer tailored hardware and software solutions.

  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and product presentations to CXO-level stakeholders.

  • Work closely with internal solution architects and technical teams to deliver value-driven proposals.

  • Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.

  • Maintain a strong network within the IT hardware and enterprise solutions ecosystem.

  • Act as an Account Manager for key clients, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in enterprise IT sales – server/storage/cloud/software solutions.

  • Strong market knowledge and active network in the private sector domain.

  • Experience in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

  • A self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
