Designation - Senior Executive – Corporate Finance
📍 Location: Thane
🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 7 PM | (need to complete 9 hours)
🗓️ Weekends Off - Mon - Sat (2nd and 4th Sat Off) and Sundays Fixed Off
📅 Experience: Min. 8years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Planning & Analysis : Preparing business plans, financial modelling, Study project and financial feasibility, budgeting, MIS. Remaining updated about Cash reserves and Investments
Corporate Strategy : Helping Sr. Manager Finance on business strategy by evaluating multiple strategic options & Operating models, spearheading strategic initiatives and projects.
Fund Raising : Assist in follow up with Banks, Financial Institutions & PE, for valuation reports, closing all types of legal, technical due diligence requirement, closing the deal for disbursement and post disbursement due diligence. Investor relations.
Market Analysis : Analysing competition, trends, product, pricing, plan sales & marketing strategy. Making proposals / presentations to Financial Institutions and ensuring release of funds as per companys needs
MIS Reports: Timely updates in financial management information systems for the company in close co-ordination with department head.
Cash Flow : Timely preparation and updating of Project and Group Cash Flow
Education : MBA/CA or other relevant degree
Experience : Minimum 8-10+ Yrs experience in finance, business strategy , Financial modelling, Fund raising (Real Estate experience Preferred)
