Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop business for Credit and Surety insurance business
- Create Sales Pitch and Materials
- Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients
- Keep Track of Communication with Clients
- Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
- Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
- Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree from any reputed institution in Commerce, Management and/or Finance
Professional Experience:
- Manager – 5-10 years in Banking, Trade Finance, Sureties, Insurance of Financial Services B2B
Technical expertise need:
- Strong competency in corporate relationship building
- Product Knowledge and competency: Banking/ General Insurance
- Having underwriting relationships will be an advantage
Interview /Selection Process: Hiring Manager → CHRO → Founders/Directors
