Job Description:

General Responsibilities:
    • Supervising and Leading Teams:
      Floor Supervisors manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance. 
       
  • Ensuring Operational Efficiency:
    They ensure that daily tasks are completed effectively, maintain a smooth workflow, and address any operational issues that arise. 
     
  • Maintaining Standards:
    Floor Supervisors uphold company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service, product quality, and safety. 
     
  • Customer Service:
    They address customer concerns, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. 
     
  • Inventory Management:
    In retail settings, they may oversee inventory, ensuring proper stocking and organization. 
     
  • Training and Development:
    They may be involved in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff.
