Job Description:
Administration Responsibilities
Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Maintaining files, managing office supplies, and performing general clerical tasks like data entry and typing.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, and potentially coordinating travel arrangements.
Maintaining organized records of customer information, call logs, and other relevant data.
Telecaller Responsibilities
Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, qualify leads.
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone.
Engaging with customers to generate interest, explain product details, and potentially close sales.
Updating customer information, documenting call details, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
