Job Description:
An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director provides high-level administrative and organizational support, managing the director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They are crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the director's office and often play a strategic role in supporting the director's work.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the director's calendar to optimize their time.

Meeting Coordination:Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items for meetings.

Communication:Drafting correspondence, managing emails, and acting as a point of contact for the director.

Travel Arrangements:Organizing travel itineraries, accommodations, and visa requirements.

Document Management:Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining organized files.

Project Support:Assisting with project coordination, research, and analysis to support decision-making.
