Core Responsibilities:
1. Market Penetration & Lead Generation

 Generate qualified leads through direct architect outreach, referrals, site visits, and
networking events.

2. Architect Engagement Strategy
 Drive end-to-end relationship development: from first interaction to becoming a
preferred surfaces partner.
 Understand architects’ project pipelines, client personas, and material preferences to
position relevant Dimore collections.
 Ensure regular, value-added engagement with architect studios through product
updates, mock-ups, and presentations.

3. Business Development Through Specification
 Convert architectural presentations into hard specifications and ensure they translate

 Actively follow up with clients and channel partners to track specification-to-order
movement and remove friction in decision cycles.
 Maintain records of all live leads, project specs, and architect feedback in CRM
systems.

4. Presentation & Product Demonstration
 Deliver business-driven presentations, positioning Dimore’s surface solutions as high-
ROI, design-enhancing, and technically superior.
 Use the Mercantile Toolkit to drive decisions on the spot.
 Present product value from a business lens faster approvals, easy customization, better
aesthetics, and brand differentiation.

5. Ecosystem Building & Brand Visibility
 Be the face of Dimore in architect and design community events, material exhibitions,
and trade shows.
 Collaborate with marketing to run curated product previews, co-branded events, or
CPD sessions.
 Support local dealer sales by driving inbound traffic and influencing architect-
specifier networks.

Expected Daily/Weekly Activities:
 Minimum 3-4 on-site meetings per day with architects, interior designers, or studio
teams.
 Weekly site visits to monitor specification implementation.
 Timely reporting and updates to HQ on project funnel, presentation outcomes, and
next steps.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
 Proactive, field-oriented professional with strong business acumen and networking
skills.
 Excellent at building long-term relationships and converting design interest into
commercial action.
 Must be fluent in design terminology but focused on business outcomes—sales,
specifications, and closures.

Required Skills:
 Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
 Excellent presentation and storytelling ability
 Market research and project tracking capabilities
 Digital literacy (CRM, Dimore App, WhatsApp CRM, Google Workspace)
 Experience in premium tiles, laminates, stone, glass, furniture, or architectural
products is preferred

Performance Metrics (KPIs):
 Number of architect firms acquired per month
 Value of projects specified via architect influence
 Monthly pipeline movement from specification to order
 Market coverage and visit frequency
 Engagement events or co-activations conducted
