🔧 Job Summary
Jay Project is looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Engineers to join its growing team of
professionals. The role is target-driven, focusing on B2B industrial sales across Gujarat.
Candidates must be capable of handling the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to
closure and post-sales support.
This is an on-field, performance-linked role suitable for self-driven individuals with a
proven track record in technical sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
● Identify, approach, and acquire new industrial customers in the assigned territory.
● Promote and sell a range of engineered products including pumps, pumps spares,
mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and allied accessories.
● Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
● Generate enquiries through regular customer visits, cold calls, and
relationship-building.
● Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
● Provide technical support and after-sales service coordination.
● Liaise with OEMs and internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
● Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

📜 Qualifications & Skills
● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial
Engineering.
● 2 to 4 years of field experience in industrial B2B sales.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Familiarity with Gujarat industrial belts and customer base is a plus.
● Must be result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under sales pressure.
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
● Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
