Job Description:
Designation: Manager / Senior Manager
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational off
Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat.
Experience: Minimum 10 years for Manager positions
Salary: Best in the market
Qualification: Any graduate

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify target markets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, social media, and events. Create compelling messaging and positioning for campaigns to effectively reach the target audience and drive desired outcomes.
- Brand Management: Manage and enhance the organization's brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Develop brand guidelines and monitor adherence to them. Oversee the creation of visual assets, such as logos, graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Utilize various digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
- Marketing Communication: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and press releases. Ensure that all communication aligns with the organization's messaging and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant software, such as marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and content management systems (CMS).
