Job Description Summary

 

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive to expand the market presence of its Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in the Eastern Region. This role focuses on disseminating information about the CoEs' services and driving business growth. The Executive will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging potential clients to understanding their needs and offering customized training and project solutions. A key part of the job is building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business. The successful candidate will work closely with the CoEs to develop compelling proposals and promotional strategies. Strong skills in sales presentations, negotiation, and pipeline management are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, Edutech, or business development, with a proven track record. They should have a deep understanding of corporate training needs, excellent communication skills, and a strategic, results-driven mindset

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience with a proven track record. The age bracket for candidates is 28-32.

  • Background: A strong background in hardcore marketing and sales, specifically within the Edutech, B2B, or Business Development sectors, is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in revenue-generating profiles from associations or chambers will also be considered.

  • Skills & Knowledge: The role requires an in-depth understanding of corporate training needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders.

  • Aptitude: The ideal candidate must have strong relationship-building abilities to foster long-term partnerships and possess a strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset for sales growth and business development.
