Manager I&D Operational Excellence and Governance
Job Description:
Core Job Responsibilities: Individual assigned to this role will have responsibilities from the list below and may also serve as support/ manage other activities as assigned.
• Operational Excellence o Oversee implementation and maintenance of training systems within I&D Operational Excellence o Acts as super user for selected systems.
Oversee system set up of ISOtrain training records for (profile creation, module assignment) as and when required.
Act as SME and/or develop quality system documents as and when required.
Develops I&D compliance strategy and track compliance metrics and KPIs Identify and remediate areas of non-compliance in close collaboration with compliance functions (Quality Assurance QA), (Office of Ethics & Compliance OEC) o Ownership on maintenance of I&D training portal
Takes ownership on maintenance of day-to-day operational activities related to I&D quality system and mailbox management.
Act as Implementation Review coordinator for all I&D functions to ensure timely implementation of all global quality documents for in-scope I&D functions.
Initiate and track non-conformance for I&D functions (Regulatory, Medical, Clinical & I&D) and are responsible for closure of CAPA actions.
