Job Description: As the Executive Assistant to the CMD, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CMD in managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Managing the CMD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Drafting and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the CMD.
Coordinating and prioritizing tasks and projects.
Assisting in project management and monitoring.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Desired Skills:
Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
