Job Description:
A Warranty In-charge manages warranty claims and spare parts replaced under warranty. He is responsible for taking all major warranty decisions as per the OEM guidelines/ manual. Warranty managers are responsible for overseeing activities related to warranty claims. They process complaints and assess the status of the warranty and related data. They mediate between customers and suppliers, keep track of documentation related to warranty cases, and implement corrective actions.Working in this position, you will lead the processing of warranty-related duties. Processing customer debits will be your responsibility as well as preparing reports and documents related to the cases. Informing customers about warranty regulations will be your job as well.
Warranty claim preparation and submission.
Defective warranty parts storage and control.
Free Service Claim (FSC) preparation and submission.
Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
Maintaining proper filing on all documents related.
