Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility
 Develop innovative design concepts for corporate office spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and
brand alignment.
 Stay updated on design trends and workplace innovations to integrate cutting-edge solutions into projects.
 Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams. Ensure client
requirement is met through project design.
 Assess client needs and translate business requirements into efficient spatial layouts.
 Create design solutions that maximize space utilization while fostering collaboration, flexibility, and
employee well-being.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s in Architect
 Atleast 5projects in office space (project scale above – 20,000 sq. Feet).
 Optional – atleast 2 project above 1L sq. feet or Interior high value residential projects can be considered.
 Must have creative interior skills.
