Job Description:

Job Description: Reporting to Manager - India Sales Manager - Fragrance Mid Corporate & Trade Business, will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for meeting company’s targets within given time frame while successfully executing company’s Own and hit/exceed sales targets within assigned territory and achieve accounts wise budgeted numbers.
  • Ensure the business is analytically driven with system & processes adoption of tech platforms built for the business.
  • Responsible for leading the sales & samples submission as per requirements of Mid/trade/retail in his area of operation along with promotion of new launches.
  • Proper understanding of business dynamics & updated market knowledge of trade/retail and Mid corporate for the assigned area
  • Playing a pivotal role in market development through regular meeting with existing accounts & find out the new win’s prospects within the existing channels along with new business acquisitions according to market potential.
  • Anticipating & capitalizing on market trends, identifying potential, creating value to the company’s products & services to maximize sales in the market.
  • Establishing & maintaining strong relationship with all the customers in the assigned area.
  • Developing competitive strategies, uncovering/ creating new opportunities and identifying dynamic and flexible solutions by submitting proactive along with high volume frag. Submissions while managing all Achieving the top- line targets within the prescribed norms and have long term vision while carrying-out/making the decisions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related field along with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Determining appropriate end-to-end processes and tools needed to achieve development, delivery, reliability.
  • Judiciously collating information on product performance and market presence vis-à-vis competition to fine tune sales
  • Identifying and developing new streams for long-term sales value growth and maintaining relationships with key clients to achieve repeated frag. business.
