GET/DET FOR STEEL INDUSTRY - ELECTRICAL - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Assisting Senior Engineers: Provide support to experienced engineers on various project aspects. 
   
• Design & Detailing: Create part, assembly, and fabrication drawings using CAD software. 
   
• Technical Analysis: Analyze data and write technical reports according to specifications. 
   
• Hands-On Work: Perform basic maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting on equipment. 
   
• Documentation: Prepare technical reports and documentation as required for projects. 
   
• Project Support: Assist in overseeing project installations and commissioning. 
   
• Quality & Safety: Support activities to ensure safety and quality standards are met. 
   

• Education:

  GETs typically require a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in engineering, while DETs are for Diploma holders from Polytechnic or NTTF. 

   
• Skills:

  Proficiency in CAD software, analytical thinking, and effective communication are essential. 

   
• Soft Skills:

  Teamwork, collaboration, and a willingness to learn are crucial for success. 

   

• The training period, which can last for a year or more, involves hands-on learning, practical experience, and formal assessments. 
   
• Upon successful completion of the training, trainees may be offered a confirmed position as an Engineer or Senior Engineer, depending on the company's policies.
