Job Description:
Excellent knowledge of DCPR 2034 compliance and regulations, good experience in Redevelopment, coordination skills with Legal, Technical, Architects and Societies,
Should do the Feasibility Working
Good knowledge of excel, MS office
Should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and should be comfortable in dealing with societies, members, owners, tenants etc.
Should have good network of Architects, PMCs.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate - Preferrable Private / Redevelopment project experience
