Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Liaison Manager with a strong background in DCPR 2034 compliance and redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all liaisoning activities related to project approvals, coordination with various stakeholders, feasibility assessments, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external bodies.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 regulations and other relevant municipal norms and policies.

Manage and coordinate redevelopment projects from inception to approval stage.

Prepare and analyze Feasibility Reports for potential redevelopment projects.

Liaise effectively with Legal Teams, Technical Consultants, Architects, PMCs, and Housing Societies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, including MHADA, MCGM, SRA, and others as required.

Coordinate documentation, approvals, and submissions with regulatory authorities.

Maintain an effective communication channel with society members, tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.

Ensure timely execution of tasks through proper follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records using Excel and MS Office tools.

Assist in preparing presentations and documents for society meetings and government submissions.
Key Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of DCPR 2034 and related regulatory frameworks.

Minimum [X] years of experience in redevelopment and liaisoning.

Proven coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Strong network of Architects, PMCs, and Legal Advisors.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

Comfortable engaging with housing societies, individual members, tenants, and owners.
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Law.

Additional certification or training in Urban Development or Real Estate Laws is a plus.
